2022: A year for hope

Almost two years have passed since the beginning of the pandemic, and a lot of changes were made in our professional and personal lives. After all that happened, 2022 must be a year for hope.

First, we must empathize with the families who have lost their loved ones. By the end of 2021, all countries exceeded 255 million SARS-CoV-2 infections and more than 5,000,000 deaths.

In November the number of cases is increasing, but now we are prepared and we are more resistant to the disease.

What can we expect for 2022?

If technology adoption was a fact before the pandemic, during the years 2020 and 2021 there was a forced path for its consolidation. Employers and employees had to assimilate this new reality and change their behaviors to adapt and keep up.
